STC Woodworking LLC Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the STC Woodworking LLC Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. STC Woodworking LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.

1. Eligibility

  • The referral program is open to individuals 18 years or older.

  • Participants must have an active STC Woodworking LLC Client Hub account to qualify

    • *Note* if you receive emails from STC Woodworking LLC you have an active account.

  • A valid email address and payment account are required to receive referral payouts.

  • Employees of STC Woodworking LLC are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Commission & Payouts

  • Referrers earn 5% commission on qualifying purchases made by referred customers.

  • The maximum payout per participant is $500 per completed invoiced job.

  • Referred clients must pay 100% of their invoice before a commission is paid to the Referrer.

  • Commissions are calculated based on the final sale price after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.

  • Payouts will be processed monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold of $25 is met.

3. Program Changes & Termination

  • STC Woodworking LLC reserves the right to modify the referral commission percentage or maximum payout limit.

  • The company may terminate or suspend any participant’s access to the program if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of these terms are detected.

  • Qualifying purchases align with our “What We Do” page.

4. General Conditions

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program.

  • Referral links may not be used in spam, paid advertising, or misleading promotions.

  • Participation in the referral program does not create an employment or agency relationship with STC Woodworking LLC.
